Great Service, Great drivers

Apex Limos were fantastic! From the booking process to the day of the event, everything was seamless. We used their service to get to Napa, and after researching several companies, they had the most reasonable price for our needs. Peter was our driver, and he was great – very cheerful, great jokes, and was quick and comfortable driver. I sent him our group’s itinerary and he did a wonderful job of getting us place to place and gently reminding us when we needed to leave without ever being pushy. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend using this company and asking for Peter!

Fabulous service and driver Eric is the best of the best! We had a delightful tour of Napa. Car was clean comfortable and spacious. Eric attentive, and interesting and informative driver – always available exactly when we needed him. Ask for Eric!

I only know one service I have to have in Napa and it is this one! Peter is the best driver I have ever had. In fact, Apex better watch out because if they lose Peter, I will never go back. The knowledge is unmatched.
There is only 1 rule ; Peter opens the door for you. Don’t be a child, follow the rule.
After that, it’s chill time. Enjoy the ride and have fun. Non preoccupare !
Spend the cash on this service and don’t look back. You won’t regret it. Besides, the possibility of DWI isn’t worth it. Grow up.

My husband and I are seniors. After getting through a year of staying home to stay safe in 2020 we cancelled several vacation plans and found ourselves requiring surgeries in 2021 to get us back to our normal lives again. Wanting to stay as independent as possible and enjoy having to deal with various medical locations we contacted Apex Limousine to do the driving for us on 11 various days thru March and April 2021.

We got to know 3 drivers in this time – Alex, Leo, and Sasha as well as Nelly in the office. All drivers came right on time and/or usually a few minutes early, dressed professionally and wore masks…

Our driver Eric H was knowledgeable and on time. We were in touch throughout our six hour day in Napa and he was with us all day. Eric successfully negotiated an unexpected traffic situation and kept us on schedule. Personable and easy to talk with. First rate!

I made a reservation kind of last minute – Friday for a ‘girls afternoon out’ in Livermore at 3 of my favorite places.  Eric was our driver and he was excellent.  Attentive but not intrusive.  I had originally planned on maybe 4 hours but we used the whole 6 and got back in the nick of time.  It was so lovely.  I gave him timeframes for each place and he helped keep us on track.  Eric arrived about 10 minutes early (as any good limo does (IMHO) and was delightful.  I would use Apex again for sure and would request Eric if I could get him.  Great afternoon.  Thanks Apex and Eric.

Bachelorette party

Aziz was amazing. He made sure to be early and had the limo set up with drinks for us. He knew I was surprising the bride so he kept the location a secret. He was on time to every pick up and was a great driver. I defiantly will recommend this Business to friends and family. Thank you for a great day!

Eric is an amazing driver. This is our second time having him and he was just as good as the first time we had him. He goes above and beyond. And has a great personality that shines through when he shares some of his wealth of information. Highly recommend.

Great Napa experience!

We had a wonderful time. Sasha was always on time (if not early), very professional, helpful, polite, and delightful. The wineries (James Cole, Saddleback, Bell) suggested were perfect for what we were looking for. I highly recommend spending a day like this!

We just spent 2 amazing days with Peter in Napa Valley! He made our experience better than we could have imagined. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as a complete gentleman. He listened to our schedule and added many wonderful suggestions. Peter went above and beyond to make sure our trip to Napa was epic!

We loved our experience touring Napa wineries for the day with Eric. We booked an SUV for 8 hours and made it to 4 stops in Napa with pickup and drop off in SF. Eric was punctual, professional, friendly, accommodating, and got us everywhere we needed to be efficiently and safely!
The car itself was lovely and comfortable and Eric let us play our music and put up with our giggles and silliness all day long with a smile on his face.
I also commend Apex for the ease with which I was able to book the service. They seem to have a large fleet of cars, were easy to talk to on the phone, and have comparable pricing with other private car services in the Bay Area.

I would definitely work with Apex again and will be requesting Eric for sure!

Amazing service, great driver!
Apex was amazing and so reliable. The first day our SUV was fantastic. The drive arrived early and had an abundance of water in the car. Our 2nd day, Apex surprised us with a limo as a free upgrade from our SUV. Peter was incredible! He took pictures of us, was reliable, knowledgeable and kept us to our vineyard schedule. He was super funny too which we all appreciated. The upgrade to limo was a highlight of our trip with Prosecco provided and a ton of water. Overall, would rate our service with Apex a 10/10. We would 100% use them again- and would request Peter!

Apex was so easy to book, highly responsive, and great communication. I wish every event and project were this easy.
Peter is top notch service – friendly but unobtrusive, professional, great communicator, easy going, attentive, and witty. I didn’t expect our driver to keep us on track with our 3 wineries and 1 distillery in a 5 hour span (thank you for letting me relax), and he did so with such grace.

Great time. Peter Hall took care of us with 5 star service. He kept us on time and when our tastings ran late he coordinated the next stop. And had a great recommendation for lunch

We booked a 3-car sedan from Apex to drive us around Napa because we heard Uber service could be spotty and expensive.  We were upgraded to a limo for free and provided with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, spirits, and bottled water.  We had already booked our wineries, but our driver, Peter, was incredibly helpful and checked us in at each place, plus made sure to get photos of us.  Additionally, when we had some free time before reservations, he recommended we go to Oakville Wine Merchant to try some wines during our down time.  He was incredibly prompt, responsive, and helpful.  Plus, he was the perfect balance of friendly but not obtrusive (very important for us introverts, as that was the whole reason we did a private tour).  I highly recommend Apex and Peter!

Amazing Service

We had Aziz as our limo driver for both Saturday and Sunday! He did an absolutely amazing job!! He took great care of us and was so friendly throughout the trip! We will be back to Napa soon and we will definitely use Apex again and will request Aziz to be our driver!
